Passion Development was selected to develop an internal J2EE inspection systems for the Department of Agriculture. This involves maintaining the current system as well as developing new modules according to internal requirements.
We work closely with other vendors on the project as well as internal staff to design and develop the system.
Passion Development played a leading role in the Common Services Screens for the eStamping application. This was very quite challenging role which required skills that ranged from project planning and estimation to Technical Design and implementation of front end Features.
We also carried out peer review of developers’ code as well as supporting and mentoring junior developers on the team. Passion Development were also instrumental in implementing an automated integration testing framework for the application.
Stephen was one of the first Consultants we secured specifically for the high profile project (eStamping) at Revenue Commissioners. He initially joined as a senior Java Developer, but was quickly promoted to Technical Architect, a role he made very much his own.
Stephen is a high quality IT consultant, with an eye for detail, the promotion of best practice and innovative architectural solutions.
He is also a very amicable consultant, who gets on well with fellow team members, third parties and client stakeholders. System Dynamics keenly looks forward to working with Stephen again in the not too distant future.

Passion Development was awarded a contract to develop intelligent instant messaging bots used in natural language processing. We developed various application for the framework as well as a fraud management system to authenticate instant messenger users accessing relay service applications.
The relay services allows hearing impaired users to call friends and family using instant message software via a relay operator.

Prior to joining Passion Development in 2006 we have worked on Government projects as well as with large scale consultancies and big players in the telecoms market. One of the systems we helped develop was used by the client to process over 120,000 applications per year and pay out over €1 billion in EU subsidies. All of these projects involved considerable design and development efforts.
It was while working with companies such as Accenture, Openet Telecom that we developed the software development and people skills that we bring to all projects we are involved in.
